Yogiyo Urges Immediate Response to Qoo10 Affiliate Voucher Settlement Delay

 

 

 

Delivery app Yogiyo has urged Qoo10 to provide a fundamental solution regarding the suspension of some Yogiyo gift vouchers due to delayed settlement issues with TMON and Wemakeprice, which are affiliates of Qoo10, on the 24th.

In a statement released on the same day, Yogiyo explained, "The problematic vouchers are Yogiyo gift vouchers sold on TMON, Qoo10's online shopping mall," and added, "Yogiyo has entrusted company A with all related tasks such as issuance, sales, and refunds."

Yogiyo also stated, "These vouchers were sold on TMON through issuer A and sales agency B. As TMON did not pay the settlement amount for the sales proceeds, sales agency B unilaterally suspended the use of these vouchers without prior consultation with Yogiyo."

Yogiyo demanded swift and fundamental actions from Qoo10 to resolve this issue, stating, "It is difficult for Yogiyo to fully resolve this problem on its own without the cooperation of the complex stakeholders, including TMON."

TMON and Wemakeprice gained popularity by selling various vouchers at discounted prices on a pre-order basis, and Yogiyo gift vouchers were also sold at a 7-8% discount.
